It all started in Albany, New York, with Jeff Goldman. His parents ran “Lou-Bea's Pizza” in Albany . Jeff's first pizza shop was J. G.'s on Lark street in Albany, where he perfected his craft. He eventually franchised this shop and opened the first Jeff's Pizza on Madison ave.,in Albany. He would go on to open three more pizza shops, Jeff's Pizza II in East Greenbush, N.Y., and Jeff's Pizza III in West Sand Lake, N.Y., and E. J.'s in Colonie, N.Y.
